This handwoven Qom rug measures 60 × 95 cm (2'0" × 3'1") with an area of 0.57 m² (6.14 ft²). Produced under the “Zabihi” brand and woven in all-silk, it features a weaving density of approximately 10,000 knots/dm². An elegant and authentic piece in a medallion-and-corner design, it reflects the craftsmanship of Qom weavers. With uniform, miniature knots set upon a soft, lustrous silk ground, the rug attains a velvety, reflective, and lively surface that reveals shifting plays of color and motif as the light changes. Here the medallion-and-corner scheme is adorned with a unified crimson ground and border.
