Return Conditions
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition.
Exceptional Items
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned due to their unique nature, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Return Process
Please contact our support team to submit your request. Once approved, you will receive a return code and may send the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Cost
If the product has no defect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the issue is due to our store’s mistake or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refund
Once the item has been inspected and approved, your payment will be refunded within 7 business days using the original payment method.
