A Qom all-silk handwoven rug measuring 96 × 150 cm (3'2" × 4'11") with an area of 1.44 m² (15.50 ft²), woven at an exceptionally fine density of approximately 13,000 knots/dm². Created under the “Hossein Mohammadi” brand, the piece presents a refined tree design—one of the most iconic Iranian patterns—reimagined here with a dreamlike narrative. Blossoming trees, lively multicolored flowers, free-flying birds, and classic Iranian boteh (paisley) motifs each adorn a corner of this imagined garden. What truly sets this work apart is the symbolic presence of the planet Saturn woven among the motifs. The polychrome palette, in both field and border, is orchestrated with intelligent harmony to impart simultaneous freshness, depth, and dynamism. Pure silk lends a distinctive sheen that animates every motif and lets the play of light dance across the surface.
