Eligible machine-made carpets and handmade Persian carpets may be returned or exchanged according to our return policy. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please contact Customer Care as soon as possible and provide your order number, clear photos of the carpet and photos of the packaging. Keep the original packaging until our team has reviewed your request.
Vacuum your carpet gently, rotate it periodically and blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, excessive moisture and rubbing stains. Care instructions may vary depending on whether your carpet is machine-made or handmade, as well as its material and construction.
