Return & Refund Policy

At Azimzadeh Carpet Dubai, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We carefully inspect all carpets before shipment and strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications for every product.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Return, Refund, Exchange, and Purchase Terms.

1.Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to approval and the conditions below.

To qualify for a return:

* The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
* The item must not show signs of use, damage, odor, stains, or alteration
* The carpet must be returned in its original packaging
* All tags, certificates, accessories, and accompanying materials must be included
* Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or may be subject to partial refund deductions.

2.Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the product description:

Custom & Personalized Rugs

Including but not limited to:

* Custom-size rugs
* Made-to-order rugs
* Customized colors or designs
* Rugs produced based on customer-approved renderings, samples, or specifications

Because these items are specially manufactured for the customer, all sales are final once production has started.

One-of-a-Kind, Antique & Collector Rugs

Certain rare, vintage, antique, silk, handwoven, or one-of-a-kind carpets may be marked as:

* Final Sale
* Non-Returnable
* One-of-a-Kind

Such items are not eligible for return or exchange unless materially misrepresented or damaged during delivery.

Clearance & Promotional Items

Items sold under:

* Clearance
* Outlet
* Final Sale
* Promotional campaigns
* Special discounted offers

may not be eligible for return unless defective.

3.Handmade Carpet Disclaimer

Due to the handmade nature of handwoven carpets, slight variations in:

* color,
* dimensions,
* weaving details,
* texture,
* pattern alignment,
* silk or wool tone,
* shape regularity,

may naturally occur and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

Additionally, actual colors may vary slightly depending on:

* screen settings,
* photography lighting,
* monitor calibration,
* surrounding room lighting.

These natural variations are part of the authenticity and character of handmade rugs.

4.Return Authorization Process

Before returning any item, customers must first obtain written return authorization from our team.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

* Order number
* Reason for return
* Photos and/or videos if applicable

Our team will review the request within 1–2 business days.

If approved, customers will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization reference.

5.Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the return is due to our error, shipping damage, or a confirmed manufacturing defect:

* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
* Customers are responsible for secure packaging and safe return shipment
* We strongly recommend insured and trackable shipping services

Azimzadeh Carpet Dubai is not responsible for returned items lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.

6. Inspection Upon Return

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.

We reserve the right to reject returns or apply partial refund deductions if:

* The item shows signs of use
* The carpet has stains, odors, pet hair, smoke exposure, or damage
* The item has been washed, altered, repaired, or modified
* Packaging, certificates, or accessories are missing
* The carpet is returned in unsuitable condition

The final inspection decision shall remain at the sole discretion of Azimzadeh Carpet Dubai.

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Please provide:

* Clear photos/videos of the item
* Photos of packaging
* Photos of shipping labels
* Description of the issue

If approved, we may offer:

* Replacement
* Repair
* Store credit
* Partial refund
* Full refund

depending on the situation.

8. Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be initiated within seven (7) business days.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note:

* Bank processing times may vary
* International refunds may take longer depending on the card issuer or financial institution
* Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, insurance charges, and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Customers will be notified by email or WhatsApp once the refund has been initiated.

9. International Orders

For international shipments:

* Customers are solely responsible for import duties, customs charges, VAT, local taxes, brokerage fees, and clearance costs imposed by the destination country
* We are not responsible for customs delays, refused imports, or additional local regulations
* International return shipping costs may be significantly higher and remain the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing

10. Fraud Prevention & Payment Verification

To protect against fraud, unauthorized transactions, and payment disputes:

* Orders may undergo identity verification and security review
* We reserve the right to request additional documentation, identification, billing verification, or address confirmation for high-value or suspicious transactions
* We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold orders flagged by our risk management systems

11. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to contact Azimzadeh Carpet Dubai directly before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with their bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Customers acknowledge that:

* delivery confirmations,
* order records,
* tracking information,
* customer communications,
* approvals,
* photographs,
* and product documentation

may be submitted to payment processors, banks, or financial institutions as evidence in the event of a dispute or chargeback investigation.

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback claims may be disputed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Free Home Trial Service (Dubai Only)

Selected customers within Dubai may be eligible for our complimentary in-home trial service.

Under this service:

* Carpets remain the property of Azimzadeh Carpet Dubai until the purchase is finalized
* Trial duration and eligibility are determined solely by our team
* Customers may be held responsible for damages, stains, misuse, or loss occurring during the trial period

Availability of this service may vary depending on product type, location, and order value.

13. Governing Law

This Refund & Return Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from purchases, transactions, or use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

14. Customer is responsible for verifying size, dimensions, color, and suitability of the selected rug prior to purchase
