DELIVERY POLICY

1. PURPOSE
This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of products purchased from Azimzadeh Carpet Trading LLC (“Azimzadeh”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this Delivery Policy.
2. DELIVERY COVERAGE
We provide delivery services throughout the United Arab Emirates.
International deliveries may be arranged upon request and are subject to separate shipping terms, customs procedures, duties, taxes, and destination-country regulations.
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery schedules may be affected by factors including but not limited to:
* Traffic conditions
* Building access restrictions
* Weather conditions
* Public holidays
* Customs procedures
* Events beyond our reasonable control
We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
4. CUSTOMER AVAILABILITY
Customers are responsible for ensuring that either they or their authorized representative is available at the agreed delivery location and time.
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
5. DELIVERY TO AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES
Delivery may be made to:
* The customer
* A family member
* A building representative
* An interior designer
* A driver
* Any individual authorized by the customer
Delivery to any authorized person shall be deemed valid delivery to the customer.
6. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
Upon delivery, customers are required to inspect the goods and verify:
* Quantity
* Product identification
* Size and dimensions
* Design and color
* Visible damage or defects
Any visible issue must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
Claims relating to visible delivery issues reported after acceptance may not be accepted.
7. PROOF OF DELIVERY
A signed Goods Delivery Acknowledgement Form, delivery confirmation record, electronic confirmation, delivery photograph, or other delivery documentation maintained by Azimzadeh Carpet Trading LLC may serve as evidence that delivery was successfully completed.
8. TRANSFER OF RISK
Risk of loss, damage, theft, misuse, or deterioration of the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery and acceptance of the goods by the customer or their authorized representative.
9. BUILDING ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
Customers are responsible for obtaining any building permits, move-in permits, elevator bookings, access permissions, or management approvals required for delivery.
Any delay caused by lack of access shall not constitute a delivery failure by Azimzadeh Carpet Trading LLC.
10. INSTALLATION AND PLACEMENT
Where installation, positioning, or placement services are provided, customers are responsible for verifying the final placement before our team leaves the premises.
Any relocation requested after completion may be subject to additional charges.
11. COURIER AND THIRD-PARTY SHIPMENTS
Where delivery is performed through third-party logistics providers or courier companies, delivery shall be subject to the carrier’s transportation procedures and operational policies.
12. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
For international orders:
* Delivery times are estimates only
* Customs clearance times are beyond our control
* Import duties, taxes, and destination charges remain the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing
13. CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
Custom-made and specially commissioned rugs may require extended production and delivery periods.
Estimated completion and delivery dates are indicative only and may vary depending on production requirements.
14. HANDMADE RUG CHARACTERISTICS
Handmade rugs are unique artisanal products.
Minor variations in dimensions, color tones, weaving characteristics, texture, or natural material appearance are inherent features of handmade rugs and shall not be considered defects.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, war, civil unrest, or similar events.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability relating to delivery shall be limited to the value of the purchased goods.
Under no circumstances shall Azimzadeh Carpet Trading LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from delivery-related matters.
