Questions about gifts
Does gift wrapping cost extra?
No. Gift wrapping with a ribbon, the gift box and the card are free. Carpet wall art is framed, so it is gift-wrapped with a ribbon instead of a box.
Can prices be kept out of the parcel?
Yes. “Don’t include prices in the parcel” is ticked for you as standard.
When will the gift arrive?
Across the UAE, delivery is free and on the same day you order on the website; orders placed after 8 pm arrive the next morning. You can also choose a preferred delivery date.
Can the recipient also get a digital card?
Yes. Tick “Also send a digital card to the recipient” and add their phone or email.
Can I order gifts and other items together?
Yes. Gift and non-gift items can be in the same order, and you can add or change gift details for each item in your cart before you check out.
Can a gift be returned?
Returns follow our return and refund policy.
Need help choosing?
