Delivery across the UAE is completely free. Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days for Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and 2–4 business days for other emirates. Please note we do not process shipments on Sundays and public holidays.
Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery costs and times vary depending on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking code will be sent to you via email and WhatsApp so you can follow your order status in real time.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once shipped, you'll receive another email and a WhatsApp message on the day of delivery.
Yes, you can cancel at any time before receiving our delivery notification. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4–5 business days.

We accept secure online card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Cash on Delivery within the UAE, and installment payments via Tabby and Tamara (UAE). Tabby is also available in Saudi Arabia.
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE. For GCC countries, it is available in KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman.

Yes. Knot density is given in knots per square decimeter, with close-up weave photos and a ruler in each product gallery.
Higher density typically means finer details and longer weaving time. Generally, higher knot density increases the rug's value and durability.
Yes. All rugs are weighed with industrial scales and the net weight is recorded precisely in the specifications.
Age, rarity of design, weaver or workshop signature, fiber quality, and preservation condition all influence valuation. Our team is happy to explain the differences — contact us for a consultation.
Although we photograph in a dedicated studio with professional equipment, minor differences may occur due to lighting, display screens, or image processing. We always aim to represent our products as accurately as possible.

Yes! Select up to 4 carpets online or in our showroom. We bring them to your home, lay them out for you to decide, and you keep and pay for the ones you love — our team takes the rest back at no cost. Currently available within the UAE only.
No problem at all. Our team simply takes all the carpets back. You can always schedule another free home trial with a different selection.

Yes, it is recommended to vacuum your carpet twice a week using a vacuum with a rotating brush. This will not damage the carpet and keeps it looking its best.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the carpet is unused and in its original condition. Contact us to initiate a return and receive your return authorization code.
If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover the shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
