This handwoven Qom rug, measuring 100 × 150 cm (3'3" × 4'11") with an area of 1.5 m² (16.15 ft²), is crafted with remarkable fineness and a knot density of approximately 11,400 knots/dm². Made entirely of lustrous silk and produced under the “Taher Mohammadi” brand, the rug radiates brilliance, rendering every motif and color with vivid liveliness and graceful motion. The medallion-and-corner design is interpreted here with a distinctive approach: among the medallions and borders, soft and elegant birds appear alongside harmoniously arranged boteh (paisley) motifs.
