This handwoven Sarakhs rug measures 140 × 196 cm (4'7" × 6'5") with an area of 2.75 m² (29.60 ft²). It is woven in a medallion design. This all-silk piece has a weaving density of approximately 3,200 knots/dm². The medallion layout together with the boteh (paisley) motif is an embodiment of Eastern identity.
